There were times when The Bollywood actresses dominated the Indian cinema.They were busy with the south Indian movies and also with Bollywood.Now, they are going to Hollywood , one by one.The Indian Bollywood actress Kareena Kappoor is the next new entry to Hollywood.She was in Los Angels recently suiting for Kambakht Ishq, directed by Sajid Nadiadwala.She has signed an film with Billy Zane for an amount yet to be disclosed.The name of the film is tentatively ‘CHAMERA” directed by “The Devil wears Prada” fame Daniel Silverman.I hope she gets more and more offers in Hollywood and starts entertaining the World audience hereafter with her sizzling on screen performances.

Should i call it all praises or all complaints.The Bollywood glamor girl Bipasha Basu is happy to be the Queen in Bollywood than being a fresher and starting it all the way from the scratch in Hollywood.She says that the Hollywood just knows only one Indian actress and that is undoubtedly , Aishwarya Rai.There is no other Indian on their list.She says she has no time, or doesn’t like the idea of being put behind those screen tests again.She is certainly happy with her position in Bollywood and would love to maintain it as such rather than trying to get into the next stage, the Hollywood.Only, time will answer if this is a momentary foolishness or she has decided her future this soon.Let us wait and watch.

“Lagaan ” literally translates to Tax in English.This Indian Hindi movie is about the lad tax that the British levied from the poor Indian farmers and peasants.Aamir Khan and Gracy had done the lead roles of the movie.It is basically about how a cricket match decides the fate and destiny of an entire village that wants to be tax free.One of the senior officials says that they will be let tax free for three years if they beat them in a cricket match.Aamir khan (Bhuvan) agrees to this condition and trains his men who are by no means aware of what is cricket, to actually play cricket and win the match to free them from taxes not just for three years, but even more than that.This movie was nominated for the Oscars.Aamir khan played his role perfectly and he had the josh throughout the movie.It was a great thinking to use the man with some ubnormal fingers as a spin bowler.There were soie subtle comedies in the film as well.The climax was breathtaking.You nee to watch it to get the feel.A must watch for all the cricket lovers and also for those who love some great Indian Movies.The “Mithwa sun mithwa” song was simple great and was my best in the film.The movie overall was perfect for an indian.I will give it a 9/10.
