Experience and Qualification!
In a Multinational company with over thousand employees, there are different scenarios. I would explain two of them. A person was really experience over 15 years in Java Development. But he was not professionally qualified. He was a Diploma holder. He could not get the job of Java programmer in that MNC. The other person was very well qualified post graduate with 5 years of experience. He was under probation period and could not cope up with the work as he lacked experience. With these two scenarios, it is evident that qualification and experience go hand to hand.
One question can arise that if the above scenarios are common, then how one can get experience. One has to understand that experience can never be attained in large organization. An employee should not mind working in smaller organization as they are the main source of attaining experience. Once an employee is experience in a smaller organization, where he forms the key, he can cope up in any larger organization. Professional success is a blend of proper qualification with relevant experience.
