Though many of us regularly use computers , there are still people who are not even aware of the basic components and the functionality of a computer.When they call up a computer customer service center and ask for the details , it just bugs the person at the other end.The reason being their stupid senseless question for which there might not be any answer whatsoever.
One troubled lady called up the Computer Tech support and complained that she wasn’t able to print her documents and the Computer said “Couldn’t find the Printer”!! It seems she tried making the monitor to face the printer and still couldn’t print the documents.Incidents like this can definitely irritate the tech support representatives.In another case , a customer who was trying to download a document from his mail had problems and had called customer service.The customer service representative explained him the process and how it is done for almost an hour only to find that he never had an Internet connection installed at home.Still worse.
